BREEDING
Minimum 12 months in selected 225-liter American oak barrels and at least 6 months in the bottle before leaving the winery. TASTING NOTES It has a clean bright cherry color in the glass, with a garnet rim. On the nose, it maintains the freshness of the fruit, appreciating the vanilla and the most emblematic aromas of toasted oak. On the palate it is silky and persistent with well-assembled spicy flavors.

Viura, Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc.
Elaboration
Grape from Rioja Alta, Finca Carbonera, the highest vineyard in the entire DO Rioja (840 m). The grapes are instantly chilled in atmosphere inert, and from that moment, the entire production process is kept at a very low temperature to obtain the highest quality and fineness of aromas.

Elaboration
Rosé made in part through the sangria of the grape must in the cellar and in part through film maceration and subsequent pressing. The must is clarified before fermentation. Complete manufacturing process at a very low temperature.

Tasting notes
Intense Rovi red color. In the mouth it is expressive of red fruits (raspberry, blueberries, cherries) coupled with spicy notes and a vanilla background. Old fruity fan on the palate, its structure underlines its dense flavors and consistent tannins. Great complexity in tasting that gives it persistence.

You may smell currant, apricot, and hay. Its flavor is dry in the mouth.
Perfect to accompany with appetizers, assorted hors d’oeuvres, fish and seafood.

Tasting notes
Appearance: Bright with a pale pink hue.
Nose: Subtle, with hints of strawberry, raspberry, violet flowers and spices (anise, chamomile).
Mouth: Structured and unctuous entry that provides length. The acidity of this wine makes it fresh and balances the structure in the mouth.

Tasting notes
Appearance: bright and crystalline.
Nose: gives off aroma of pineapple, apple and citrus notes.
Mouth: delicate softness and subtle lightness on the palate. A radiant wine.

Tasting notes
Clean and bright, straw yellow in color with golden reflections. With fine and integrated bubbles, aromas of green apple and citrus stand out, combined with fennel and nuts.
Ideal to pair with rice, seafood and white meat.
